Absolutely! Use the Contact Us form to submit your custom request. Please be as detailed as possible - include the type of dessert you're looking for (i.e cake, cupcake, pie), it's function (jewelry box, mug, display), sizing, coloring, themes, etc. We will get back to you ASAP!

How long do custom orders typically take?

Depending on the complexity of the design and material needed, it typically takes about 7-9 days to complete most customs. However, for custom ceramics the timeline is longer and typically takes about 6-8 weeks.

Can I customize a product you already have but with my color scheme?

Of course! Many of our listings are set up to where you can go ahead and make the purchase and select your customized colors. However, if you're unsure, please contact us!

How do I keep my faux desserts clean?

Each of our items comes with cleaning instructions and can vary based on the materials used. However, many of our listings can be cleaned with a damp cloth or compressed air. Our ceramics are dishwasher safe, heat safe and waterproof!

I need my items by a certain date, is that possible?

Always contact us if you need an item by a specific date, we do pre-make a lot of our products so they're ready to ship out with a day or two of purchasing. We can always let you know if we're able to accommodate a faster shipping request.
